I"ll start from Hinduism: None of the pantheon of Indian gods is a real God.

Shiva loved to meditate high on drugs in the mountains, which gave him the illusion of divine power. He killed his own son in an anger attack. It is true, he did not know that this was his son, but does it give you the right to kill a 3-year-old, just because he makes you mad? Naturally the story ends happily as he revived his son by killing a little elephant and taking its head as a spare part for his son. And if I was in the place of Ganesha, I would cut his head off, implant him a head of a goose and ask him how it feels.

You realize that even believing in the Great Cookie Monster is less harmful than that?

Rama was an ancient Indian king who never showed such a degree of aggression. He was a representative of a highly scientifically and technically developed civilization, but in the whole Ramayana is not mentioned a single case of selfless help to any other creature, except his wife, in fact almost everybody helped him, believing that he is a god. He did not ever even try to change something in human history, but to start a war and kill the man who kidnapped his wife. This makes you a perfect person, but a god?

Krishna also had supernatural powers. But the mere fact that he slept with thousands of women, proves that he had a serious personality problem related to his own ego. He also taught that it is quite natural to kill your relatives if they are bad and never mentioned that it does not make you different from them. I.e. after all the religious pseudophylosophical bla-bla he just repeated the old rule: " A tooth for a tooth, an eye for an eye"

Buddha: do you really think that you sitting under a tree in a lotus position and rejecting all desires, because now you are fed up with them, makes you a god? You understand that it is quite a harmful practice, which in fact teaches us to help those in need by advising them to reject their desires, such as a slice of bread and some onions for dinner.

I think all Nonmuslims will agree that Mohammed was not a good man, if we have a realistic idea of good and evil. But he never claimed to be God. He claimed that he expresses the will of God, but after even a cursory study of his personal characteristics, we come to the logical conclusion that he is either mentally ill, or simply lying.

Jesus Christ: even if we assume that he was not God, but a normal human being, we have to admit that he deserves more respect and love than any other man, god, or God himself. Jesus said that he was the son of God, but never denied that we all are children of God.

Christianity teaches us that God loved us people his children so much that he sent his most beloved son to tell us something and eventually be killed. In fact he deliberately provoked us to commit another sin in order to be forgiven for our previous and future sins, that, if he were so powerful, he could forgive us anyway. Sounds quite unlogical, right?

One of the conclusions that we can take from this hypothesis is that God is an idiot, right?

The other option is that God loves his children so much that he sent his most beloved and precious son to change our history for the better, in fact he foresaw what might happen, but he had no other choice. This gives us the logical conclusion that God could not directly influence subsequent events the way we as human beings expect.

You do not actually believe that God could hammer nails, aren"t you? The only way he could do it is to take a human form, thus facing any situation, inclusive his own crucifiction. Or give me a hammer and nails and God will hammer nails through me.

Or Jesus Christ was the most perfect human being and God does not exist (which I personally reject as unlikely), or he has no real power to influence events directly, or God is an insensitive monster. You can choose in what to believe on your own.

So: praying directly to God does not make sense. You understand that if you do not have the power to save your most beloved son, or even yourself from the aggression of your other children, you have no real power over events.

But if you listen to the words of Jesus Christ, you will change the course of your personal life, society and humanity as a whole for the better.

And who is this God who created the whole universe and loves us so much that he is willing to sacrifice everything for us, but can not directly influence events? Believe it or not, but it is Love itself.

In the end I will share the conclusions that I reached to:
1. Nothing in nature has no logic, that could not be understood by anyone, except religion.
2. Not realizing that one is an idiot is the natural state of an idiot.
